Can You Still Find a "Deal" in Los Angeles? The short answer is yes. Here are the three things to keep an eye out for.

Sitting: Bad for your back; great for deal-centric properties! When a property "sits" on the market for a long period of time, chances are, there's a Seller somewhere who is eager to make moves before dropping the price. Skip the "Hot Homes" and consider a character-rich home with potential.


Watch For Price Adjustments

These generally mean one thing: a Seller is motivated to sell. Remember, an asking price is just that. Price corrections can be a dead giveaway that a Seller is trying to stir up some activity. And there may be more price flexibility than you think...



Find a fixer with good bones.

Why pay a premium when you're considering making a few tweaks anyway? Dig around for those diamonds in the rough and consult with a designer (shout-out to my faves Cate Levis & CASA Design!) and let your imagination run with it.
